Chef Jose Oscar Villatoro is the Chef with over 20 years of experience cooking Mexican cuisine in South Florida. Claudia Villatoro is the Hostess who makes sure everyone has a wonderful time and Steven Villatoro is the Manager who makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Quates means “best friend” in Mexico and the Villatoro family would like to consider you to be their Quates.
“Ever since starting this business with my Mom amd Dad it has been a tough journey, starting in my sophomore year in high school, i was introduced to hardship and sacrifice as a 15 year old , little did i know at the time, it would evolve me into a better person. i love to socialize with customers and serve food “That they’ll fall in love with.” My purpose in this food industry is to serve quality fresh food, with putting in love and passion in what we do here.”
